Mommy n Me

Classes are designed to allow you to get in your workout while still being able to spend time with your little one. This class is for mum and your little one need to be at least 3 months of age to participate. The classes are outdoors (may-aug/sept) and indoors (sept-april). These classes are offered 2x/week. Available in St.Albert and Edmonton

Mommy 2 Be

Classes are geared toward the mum who is expecting. You must be at least 3 months into your pregnancy and need to have a clean bill of health from your physician to participate. These classes are offered 2x/week. Available in St.Albert and Edmonton

Body Rock Fitness also offers:

  • Individualized Nutitional Programs for Pre/Post Natal Mums and focuses on ensuring this program is designed to assist you to gain a healthy weight for your baby and for you to maintain a healthy fit pregnancy.
  • Individualized Nutritional Programs based on your goals. Includes sample meal plan/menu individualized for you, list of carbs, proteins, fats that your body NEEDS, and what foods to limit. Package of quick n easy recipes that are HEALTHY and satisfying.
  • Individual Workout Programs for clients that feel they do not need a one on one or group fitness atmosphere and would like to have a program based on their goals and workout independently.


St.Albert Bootcamp

Bootcamps run Mondays/Thursdays 7:00pm-8:00pm and Wednesdays 5:45pm-6:45pm. Attend on a drop-in basis, 2x/wk, 3x/wk. Location: St. Albert Next community church (studio room), 140 Saint Albert Trail (near the transit center) St Albert, Alberta, Canada T8N 1N3. *please being your yoga mat for stretching and core exercises.

Downtown Edmonton Bootcamp

I have over 8 years of experience in fitness training and am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and Registered Nurse. Whether you desire one-on-one personal training, small groups training, or a Bootcamp style of training, I would like to help you achieve your goals. Join Body Rock Bootcamp and ROCK your way to a new and better you!!! Bootcamps are run out of St.Albert and Edmonton 2-3x/week, depending which location you are registered for. This 4 week excercise program encompasses a full body workout involving strength, aerobic, agility, speed, endurance, flexibility and core training. All in ONE hour of training!!! Improvement will be noted in cardiovascular health, overall muscle toning and strength and assists with weight/fat loss. Each workout provides a challenging workout that you do at your own individual pace within a supportive and FUN environment. Excercises include drills with the agility ladder, cones, running, bodyweight excercises such as push-ups, dips, squats and lunges. Also, using simple excercise equipment like resistance bands, weighted bars, dumbells and medicine balls. Working with a group builds a camaraderie and makes excercising more FUN. Gain your CONFIDENCE back....100% and be the best you can be!!
