"I was out of shape and only 23. I wanted to make a lifestyle change but didn't have the motivation. I found out about about this bootcamp through my husband. He asked if I wanted to join with him. I thought this was exactly what I needed. So we joined. First day of bootcamp I thought, well I tried. I had no intention of going back. It was only because f the encouraging words from Aman and the other members that I went back. It was hard for me in the beginning, but Aman is always right there, and seems to magically appear beside you when you want to give up. she has a knack for knowing peoples limits. She'll push you to do more when you want to give up, and other times she'll tell you to take a minute to catch your breath. The music is also great! After a month, I was feeling better and thought why quit now? I signed up for another month...and another. I also knew my eating habits needed work. McDonalds anyone? So I asked Aman about her meal plan. I signed up for that right away. The meal plan is not a diet. Diets have never worked for me. No one can diet for their whole life, and I was looking for something I could keep doing for a long time. The meal plan consists of 5 meals a day. It was an adjustment, but I find now I'm more organized in my meals, planning ahead! Aman also gives some recipes which are delicous. And I am able to still have a cheat/treat meal once a week. Pizza! When I had questions, Aman was an email away. I now have a lot more energy, my conditioning has significantly improved and I am overall just more confident in myself. I could not have done it without Aman's help and encouragement. I've lost a total of 5 inches and 8.5lbs and I plan to keep at it!"
